What data we collect

Through the availability form, we collect the data you provide voluntarily:

• first name (and optionally surname),
• e-mail address,
• phone number,
• the content of your message and the details of your enquiry (dates, type of accommodation).

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data in order to handle enquiries and reservations and to contact you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken to conclude and perform a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest — responding to your enquiry and contacting you).

Retention period

We retain the data for the period necessary to handle your enquiry or reservation, and then for the period required by law (including tax law) or until an effective objection is raised.

Data recipients

The data may be entrusted to entities supporting us in our operations (e.g. a hosting and e-mail provider) solely to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes. We do not sell your data and do not share it beyond these operations without a legal basis.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

The website is static and does not use cookies for tracking. If Google Maps or analytics tools are embedded on the site, they may store their own cookies — in which case this notice will be updated accordingly.
